This was our first experience with building a custom home and we approached it with some reservations, especially given the horror stories we had heard from others who have built.
Being first time home builders there was a learning curve for us but things were made easier by your calm, reassuring approach to things. We were always able to resolve issues that arose in a calm, straightforward manner, which is due more to your patient temperament than to ours.
We both appreciate the high quality of workmanship which you take pride in. Your artistic flair added many of the creative touches that make our house a home. You seemed to connect with us from day one and understood what we were looking for in a home.
Thanks to you and all your crew for a job well done. We have settled in nicely and look forward to coming home every night.
